We manufacture rubberized coir mattress bare in a variety of densities. We also specialise in bespoke sandwich mattresses based on the needs of our customers. This coir mattress bare is 100 percent natural and eco-friendly, and it is manufactured in a facility that meets ISO 9001 quality requirements. We may create varied densities and sizes of fibre and latex ratios based on the needs of our customers.

It is a low-cost filling produced from the husk of the coconut. The long curling fibres are springy, resilient, and long-lasting. It's mostly utilised as the first stuffing.

Twisted brown coir fibre bonded and curved using up to 23% rubber latex and set for required thickness. DRC % can also be increased as per customer requirement. Thickness from 3mm to 200mm is possible. Density varying from 50kg/cu.m to 500kg/cu.m can be processed. Measuring units: kg
